I should have taken a picture!!!
Really simple, taste great, & feeds many!
Cook 8 ounces of spaghetti noodles
At the same time cook 3-4 cups of itallian style meatballs in prego sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Once Spaghetti is drained add 2 tbsp of butter & half a jar of prego
Now in a casserole dish lined with foil, spread spaghetti out evenly
Top of ricatta cheese ( as much as you prefer )
Add 1/2 a cup of grated parmesean cheese on top
Cut meatballs into halfs or quarters and spread over cheese
Top with shredded mozzerella
Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes
Take foil off & add chopped olives & bake for 15 more minutes
let cool for 10 minutes
